Recipe | The Imperium Cocktail

If you fancy yourself as a bit of a mixologist, this recipe from the new cocktail menu at The Sanderson Hotel’s Long Bar is a good one to try while the weather remains glorious. Fruity and refreshing with a herbal twist, The Imperium is best enjoyed with friends on a warm evening.  


  • 40ml Remy Martin 1738
  • 20ml Italicus
  • 10ml Amontillado Sherry
  • 3 drops Lavender Bitters


  1. Add an ice rock block into the glass.
  2. Stir all ingredients together.
